  • What are your business hours?

    We have walk-in office hours Monday-Thursday: 9:30am-5pm and Friday: 9:30am-4pm. We are available for tours on Saturdays by appointment only. Sundays we are closed.

  • What is in the apartment?

    Sterling on First apartments come with all appliances including microwave and in-unit washer and dryer. All apartments are unfurnished.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, parking is included at no extra charge.

  • How do I pay for utilities?

    Water, sewer, trash service, recycling and internet are included in your monthly utility and services fee. Be sure to check your lease for details. You can contact Ameren Illinois to set up your electricity service. https://www.ameren.com/illinois/account/start-stop-move

  • How do I pay my rent?

    It’s easy, you can do it online and through our app!  You can also bring us a check or mail it to us.
